1. Spiritual

The spiritual dimension involves a sense of connection to something greater than oneself, which may include religious faith, personal beliefs, values, or a sense of purpose beyond the material. It provides inner peace, moral grounding, and direction in life. Practices that nourish this aspect include meditation, prayer, time in nature, spiritual reading and contemplation, or community worship in your local church.

2. Mental

Mental wellness focuses on cognitive functioning, learning, critical thinking, and mental agility. It includes how we process information, optimize memory and recall, make decisions, solve problems, and maintain a healthy and positive mindset.
